Q What your Cancellation / Inclement Weather Policy: A The client must cancel 24hr before delivery due to weather conditions. Upon cancellation you will receive a refund or rain date. Once the inflatable has been delivered and set up there will be NO refunds due to bad weather after that point.
Q When is payment required? A Credit card payment must be paid 24hr before your event begins. Cash must be paid to the driver before the inflatable is set up.
Q Are you insured? A Yes our bounce houses are fully insured.
Q Are inflatables's safe? A Yes, at Toppers safety is priority. We will walk you through the rules prior to your event.
Q Does Toppers deliver and set up? A Yes. Toppers will set up, secure and take down the units. Free local delivery, outside Milton call for rates.
Q What is the rental period? A Full day at least 6 hours.
Q How much room is needed for a inflatable? A The room needed is determined by the size of the unit, the range is 16 ft x 16 ft to 20 ft x 25 ft.
Q Is there a deposit required? A Yes a $50.00 deposit is required to reserve items.
Q What is needed to set up a unit? A A level grassy area. Please notify Toppers of any underground sprinklers, electrical wires or gas lines.
Q What are the electrical requirements for a inflatable? A 115 volt, 15 amp grounded GFI outlet with in 50 ft of inflatable.
Q What if it is rainy or windy? A Toppers Fun Rentals Inc. reserves the right to cancel a reservation (your deposit will be used for a rescheduled date) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. However, once the unit is delivered, no refunds shall be issued due to bad weather.

Safety Information Bouncers & Combo Bouncers Always operate under adult supervision Maximum occupancy 6-8 riders. Minimum rider height is 34 inches tall, maximum rider height of 60 inches. Maximum total occupancy is 800lbs(150lbs) per rider. Group children by age and size, no flips or extreme horseplay. Remove shoes, belts, glasses and all jewellery. In case of rain/high wind 26km/hr and higher have children exit bouncer and turn off and unplug blower. Ages 3 years old and up.
